"For lower-budget jobs, this stuff is ideal. Also serves as a fantastic ceiling paint. reasonably priced, great coverage and a pleasure to work with. Better than the 200 and less expensive."

"I bought a 5-gallon container of this product from someone who'd purchased too much so he was offering it at a very reduced cost. We used it on our basement walls which are previously painted cement/cement brick, paneling and plywood. (Yeah, it's a decorator's dream--not!...Haha!) We wanted to unite the varying surfaces with a good quality paint. We were impressed with this paint's hide-ability and coverage. But mostly very happy it's low-VOC. Looks very nice in our laundry/utility room. (SW Snowbound color in satin finish.)"

"I usually use the top line products, but tried Promar 400 for some apartment painting. The flat touched up after spraying without showing any difference. The enamel was the perfect viscosity for brushing right out of the can, and did not run at all. Was very forgiving and looked great."
