Things to consider

"I read two reviews here before purchasing this product; both stated the very low coverage compared with what the label says. So I purchased a lot more product that the stated coverage would recommend; what I found is that I got the 200 sq ft per gallon as noted on the label. What to consider is how porous your wall is, mine was a very smooth concrete wall, and it was cool, not having been in the sun all day. I used a good quality 1/2" nap cover, and the product flowed and covered very well. Yes it's thick, and if my wall was rough and porous I think I would be spraying this stuff on. Hope this helps."

"Product goes on well and seems to adhere well, but only covered about 60 square feet per gallon on bare concrete block wall. Very pricey per square foot of coverage."

"Product went on well with brush application. Typical masonry required multi direction strokes but filled pores well. Coverage is not near that stated. Applied to an older, interior concrete block wall in good condition and only got about 70 sq ft per gallon. I don't have instrument required to measure thickness applied. You might get 200 sq ft on a smooth finished concrete wall. Low rating for coverage and not performance."
