"I painted some customers house and they decided to purchase the paint. Good thing, cause i was introduced to super paint! As a professional painter, I spin my roller down as I just barely dip the nap in the paint to keep from summering the roller frame, then twist it over the bucket as I raise the roller above the pole to wrap any runs around the roller. I really didn't have to do this with the super paint. It never had running paint. I also painted the base boards 1st, and didn't have to cover them when rolling the wall above them. It was splatter free. Last, I came to a high-gloss white crown molding that was being covered with such a dark satin grey it was almost black. I knew this was the ultimate challenge, sure 'nuff, one coat covered!"

"I'll admit I was a little taken aback by the price of this paint. I'd been looking for the perfect color for our foyer, stairs, living room and dining room for months. I'd exhausted all the choices at Lowe's and Home Depot, and couldn't find a color I liked. I went to Sherwin Williams and almost immediately "THE" color jumped out at me. I bought a sample first, and still loved it so I went back and bought several gallons in eggshell finish.
The second I started painting I realized that sometimes you really do get what you pay for. This paint goes on silky smooth, only needs one coat, and it spreads out just enough to hide roller and brush marks. We were painting over dark paint used by a previous owner, so I had to prime the walls first, but I think it would have covered any lighter color without priming.
I had to paint in stages because I didn't have a large block of time to do a whole room at once. I made sure the paint I'd already applied had really dried, and then painted next to it, overlapping a little bit. I'm happy to say that I couldn't tell where the overlap was. I also didn't notice much of an odor from the paint, which is nice.
I've painted four rooms now, and love the color and quality of this paint! We have four kids, so within days I found grubby fingerprints on the newly painted walls of the stairs. They washed right off, and didn't leave the tell-tale shiny spot that some other paints leave.
I'm sold on Sherwin Williams' SuperPaint and from now on that's all I'll buy. It's so worth the extra cost to have quality paint that lasts for years."

"First, I don't work for SW. I restored an old house and used their Super Paint line for many years. While the cost is a bit more, the value exceeds cheaper stuff. I recently moved and needed a color change ASAP. While the room was primed while we were deciding the color, we had an old can of Super Paint. I had to stir it up as it had settled quite a bit. Go figure, it was made up in 10/2003, the date was on the can!!! It worked as well as the day it was sold to me. It gave excellent one coat coverage, and I am back to stay. Thanks for making me a lifetime customer!"

"I can't say enough about this brand of SW paint. When moving into our new home, the previous owner had painted a number of rooms bright primary colors. Not only did SuperPaint cover with ease, it did so in ONE COAT! If you're interested in saving time and effort, spend the extra cash and get the best paint out there."

"I love this paint. We have used the satin, and it works great. Nice coverage. We always primer first, and the satin goes on smooth. Moved in 8 years ago. We recently had some minor damage, and needed to patch and paint a small patch of wall. The previous owners had left some paint (Sherwin Williams), so we patched and painted. The color still matched exactly. This wall did not get direct sunlight, but still impressed with how well color has stayed true. Won't buy another brand of paint ever!"

"Best trim paint on the market. Excellent hiding and coverage. Does not run, so you can apply one very thick coat of paint. With small color change one coat is usually enough. Much better than BM Regal. A little less shiny but covers better and I dont have problems with drips."

"I love Sherwin Williams paint to begin with, but Super Paint is my go-to paint. I have a house with some pretty undesirably "textured" walls. We initially were using semi-gloss, which only made the imperfections more noticable. So, we bought Super Paint in flat, and it was like magic. Not only did it cover quickly with one coat(over primer) but hid all of the imperfections, without having to sand as much. I would recommend this to any home owner!"

"In the past few months we have used the top of the line paints from Lowes and Home Depot. We used a Semi-Gloss and spent more money on rollers and roller frames than paint. We thought it was our fault that we had roller marks and areas that lacked gloss. I even went so far as spending $20.00 on lambs wool roller covers because it looked so bad. It caused fight after fight trying to figure out if it was the rollers, frames, or the $34.00 per gallon paint. After using the SuperPaint it was obviously not us but the quailty of the paint. The SuperPaint does smell bad but the asthmatic in the house wasn't affected one tiny bit by it. The smell doesn't last that long and isn't as bad as having your head held under the covers after someone passes gas. SuperPaint made something that is a chore to most people into something fun and easy. More importantly there was no fighting. The color matching was perfect. Thank you for making this the most rewarding and fun project yet for us. I cannot wait to do the rest of the house. It really is the best paint and worth every penny!"

"Just finished painting my hallway and living room. It is absolutely fantastic! One coat coverage, easy to work with and smooth finish. This is the first time I have used SW paint as I had always used Valspar from Lowes. Never again, I am a SW man for life. Just goes to show you get what you pay for. Also it was really nice to get it on sale."

"I love this paint! One coat coverage. Have painted 2 bathrooms & 4 bedrooms in the past month. Colors are true to samples, easy clean up, dries quickly with low odor. Will keep using this product! I was always a dutch boy user before I tried this. It is a bit pricer, but watch for sales. I had a coupon for 30% off per gallon."

"I used this product to paint over a knock down textured wall. It was previously painted, but they used a cheap paint to begin with. I chose this middle grade paint after reading several reviews that it's a great paint. I can't say enough about this paint. It looks absolutely wonderful. It makes my house look rich and very elegant. I am almost excited to start painting the rest of my house."

"As a contractor I've been using this paint for years with surprisingly good results. There are cheaper paints out there and there are better paints out there, but this is the best cost/quality paint you can find. If you buy a cheaper paint it will be harder to apply and may need extra coats, not to mention a hit to durability. If you buy more expensive paint you may just be wasting your money because I've seen this paint outperform other products which cost nearly twice the price.
Shell out for this stuff and I seriously doubt you'll regret it."
