Make sure you have a power washer!

"I stained out pine pressure treated deck (50% time in shade, 50% time in sun located in Texas) with a semi transparent deckscapes product 2 years ago. We decided that the color was too dark and our dog was scratching the surface off with her nails and constant jumping on and off the porch.
I first power washed the deck, then applied the remover with a sprayer. Went back and brushed with a stiff synthetic brush and let it sit for 30-45 min. After using the stiff brush I was very pessimistic at the performance of the product - all i could see visually was that the remover had dissolved the sap that has built up on the finish (excellent side benefit of the product).
As soon as I started in with the power washer, the finish began sheeting off. It was pretty crazy - here is a video of the finish coming off (I did this after work and power washed into the night so it is dark) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UG0QUd_KIqg
Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is needing to go back and do a second treatment. I had expected to do 3-4 treatments with experience from other products, so it performed much better than expected. In sections that it took everything off, the wood looks new.
All in all - great product. Very happy with the performance."
