" First used this product when my daughter and her husband bought their new home 12 years ago. I had to stain all the oak trim for the entire house. The builder suggest that I use this to help cut down on the finishing time. My first experience using a sanding sealer. Worked great, and have been using it ever since on all new trim projects. "

" Have been using this waterborne varnish on interior trim / cabinets for 12 years and would not use another. Easy to work with, and great finish results. Clean up of brushes and tools is fast and easy. "
