" Very slow to prime. Computer won't let it cycle very quickly until it starts to build pressure. Prime spray valve has to be put in a weird position to keep material flowing. Takes forever too clean because it cycles so slow again when pressure is low. I had 3 to try out after I purchased first unit and it failed to keep prime. After priming it would spray for a minute then loose prime. I returned it and was giving another new unit. This one wouldn't keep primed either. Each time it lost prime I would open prime valve and significant air would purge out. 3rd unit same issue. I was spraying Dura Craft flat. And had less than 15 gallons thru all 3 units. Titan rep spent 2-1/2 hrs with me trying to figure it out to no avail. Only thing they could tell me that prime valve was clogging up and was designed to pump 1-1/4 gallons per minute. I had a Titan 440 on hand and used it to complete job with no mishaps whatsoever. I was trying to replace my old Graco 1095 that has only ever needed wear items accasionaly. Guess what I'm going to buy now?
