" Our house was built 10 years ago and has cement board siding. The original paint was Duration, which did not do well. We had house properly primed and repainted with Emerald. One year later it still looks great. The paint feels and looks like it has sealed the house. We use Duration for all our indoor painting. Yes, SW paints list prices are high, but the sales happen often. We often will purchase paint while on sale for a project that may be a month or two away. I would definitely recommend this paint for exterior. I built a small life guard stand for next to our pool and will use this paint on it as I want to make sure it looks great and not repaint in a few years. Just wish I could buy in quarts for these smaller projects. "
