" I am a professional painting contractor. I use this for my customers when they want the "Mercedes" of quality paint jobs!
It provides a very thick, and stretchable coating. If you roll it on, it will fill ALL small hairline cracks.
I recommend using this as first coat. Use Super Paint, or Resilience on your 2nd coat! (Both coats same color) - The reason for this is that all elastomeric is great at stretching, but not great at keeping the color! It will fade faster. So use Super Paint for the topcoat and it will hold color much longer for certain shades. Make sure to prime any necessary area before applying paint. Applying primer to everything will increase quality, especially if you apply the primer before any caulking, or filler. Only a small portions of homes require a full primer coat, its not always necessary.
Best of luck on your project!
