" Ive used this product for years now with no problems. The trick to a proper paint job lasting is the prep work. Remove every bit of loose old coating, make sure there is no grease or oil, if the substrate is smooth or shiny sand if wood and grind concrete to rough up surface. If moisture is a problem no coating will last so check for moisture. I use on wood and residential concrete porches, this product is more durable than big box store porch paint.

" Iv'e been using Maxflex for 5 or 6 years, I've used it on million dollar and multi million dollar homes, its a great mid/ high end caulk. If you read a bad review on here its probably from an inexperienced home or rental DIYS person. Let it cure overnight before you paint and your good as gold. PRO TIP- prime the bare wood areas before you caulk and it will last longer, not pull up and crack.

" Has good color and gloss holdout for exterior use. It levels nice, beautiful sheen. I spec this for everything from metal railings, garage doors, exterior entry doors to interior trim, all residential. Its easy to clean up, no paint thinner or solvents needed. I have sprayed it with HVLP, airless with FF tip and brushed it. Oil in CA is gone.

" We use this for exterior holes and cracks under the size of a nickel. Used for last 7 years with no problems on fascia, trim and even brick and small holes in stucco.

" This product is great if you are a high end residential painter. I spray this on garage doors, front entry doors, security doors and registers. I only use it for customers who want top shelf coatings but don't want the cost of water based epoxy. It sprays nice with an HVLP or an airless with a small orifice tip.It doesn't pick up bicycle tire marks as easy as 'Solo' which I only use on rentals. Non blocking.

" This product is temperamental, don't apply it until it warms up 65 or 70 deg. Apply so it will dry before night fall and make sure you let it dry for 4 hrs before applying a second coat or better yet 24 hrs. Like I said it is touchy and you could end up with a big head ache

" Im a licensed painting contractor in Sacramento CA, Ive used SuperPaint for years. I have used it on properly prepped garage doors, fascia, gutters, overhangs, eaves, stucco and posts. Basically this is my go to architectural paint for customers who don't want to pay for SW Duration but want a top shelf paint. It holds color and sheen for many years, just don't pick a color that is not recommended for exteriors like yellow or red for the sun exposure.

" My go to primer/under coat for latex and oil. I use this for home owners. Sands easy, fills cracks and dimples, old brush strokes. Dries even faster above 70 degrees so you can apply finish coat faster. Clean, sand, and dust surface before you apply this primer and it will bond just fine.

" This is my go-to coating for going over an old interior substrate that already has latex or oil on it if I don't want to use S.W. Cab-Acrylic waterbed lacquer. Just follow the directions with temperature, re-coat time, primer, ect...( I use S.W. "Premium wall and wood"). I spray doors, cabinet doors, cabs, trim. It brushes fine, just follow the three parts to painting, 1. transfer the paint. 2. spread. 3. finish. don't over work it.
