" Applied Peel Away 1 to a ceiling using a 3" scraper. The instructions recommended applying the paste at 1/8" to 1/4" thick. I applied the paste at 1/16" to 1/8" thick to increase the expected number of square feet. The thin layer of paste removed several layers of paint, approx 3/16" thick. I did not believe how well it works until a 38" x 10' section dropped to the floor with little to no scraping. Please remember you must apply the paper over the paste, and you will need to purchase extra paper separately. "
