" I recently switched to only using this caulk. I rehab a lot of houses that are very run down and/or old. It isn't unusual for my guys to go through two to 3 cases on a house. Due to some of the large gaps and cracks we sometimes fill, it benefits us greatly that this stuff dries fast. I have seen regular caulk take a week to dry when it's a big gap. Even in the summer heat in Florida it can take a few days. So we started using this and it helped a lot. Now we don't have to wait nearly as long for regular trim lines to dry and the big fills dry so much faster. This stuff also gets hard and makes for a great filler for uneven trim inside or outside. "
